Maxalt side effects
If you face any allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, hives, swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat) seek emergency medical help. If you experience the following serious side effects, stop using Maxalt and contact your doctor:
- sudden numbness (weakness), in some cases 1 side of the body,
- chest pain, nausea, general ill feeling, pain in arms and shoulders,
- confusion, vision changes or vision problems, speech or balance changes,
- severe stomach pain and bloody diarrhea,
- high fever, irregular heartbeat, vomiting, hallucinations, fainting,
- numbness, and blue color appearance in your fingers (toes)
Maxalt less serious side effects are:
- dizziness, drowsiness, weakness,
- pressure or heavy feeling in any part of your body,
- mild nausea, dry mouth,
- tiredness in your neck, throat and jaw,
- mild tingly feeling.
